Zome 8

"Ground Control"

Zome 8 has 8 sides that are two meters high. 4 of the sides can be turned into doors where other Green Camp System Structures can be joined to the Zome. It comes either 100% transparent, 60% transparent with 40% of the panels with more fibre re-enforcement so that they are opaque.

INSULATION
OPTION

There is the option to add an additional insulation layer to the inside of the structure that provides an airgap that can be filled with wool (treated with a non-toxic fire retardant) so that the lamda value (insulation value) of this passive structure is a A++++ rating.

below are some images that show before and after the insulation is added. You can see the insulation layer adds a smooth interior finish and also allows for wiring and pipes to be fitted invisibly in the airspace between the outer and inner layers of the zome.

(n.B: Wires can also be fed allong the space between the panels of the zome if you only want the single layer version of the structure).
