We are far beyond fortunate to have Sally on our roster. Sally has an extensive career back in the USA but is presently the culinary director of two highly acclaimed, healthy, fine dining vegan restaurants in nearby Brighton: Botanique Brighton (OpenTable Diners Choice Winner 2024) and Kusaki Brighton (Michelin Guide 'Feature' of 2022). Sally creates extraordinary plant-based food!
The plant-to-plate narrative is at the heart of what Sally does, with total respect to the seasons and local farmers. She celebrates each plant with passion, flavor and creativity.
Sally is personally curating a special menu for the retreats, weddings and other events at Delta and along with her incredibly skilled assistant Chef, Ines, she will make your event truly unforgettable as she shares her love of plants and nature with you.
We are working with Sally to bring in educational aspects of nutrition, food, and diet prep to the food part of events here and hope to be able to include some food demos in the perfectly set out professional kitchen at Delta so people can at least learn about some pathways and resources that are available to them and their career as a Yoga Teacher and practitioner.
